Mark and Erin Harrison along with their 5 children have managed to produce yet another delightful DVD in their HOMESTEADING FOR BEGINNERS series.

ABOUT THE HARRISONS:
Mark and Erin moved to the country and renovated an old farm house several years ago. They gradually gleaned the skills they needed to make a go of it from their Amish neighbors. Everything was a learning experience from sewing and canning to animal husbandry and butchering. These skills were once passed down within families to younger generations. Now, Erin and Mark have invited the viewer into their home to learn and laugh with them through the many adventures of homesteading.

HOMESTEADING FOR BEGINNERS VOLUME 3 covers the lost art of meat canning. Get an inside view of their community as Amish neighbors join in to can pork and beef. Learn to process meat and can it in many very handy ways. Learn the art of canning carrots, potatoes, and tomatoes. Plus, Erin shows you how to make your own noodles, and a sprouted grain, no yeast, no sugar bread. As always, the children have fun helping mom in the kitchen.

This product comes with a full color 20 page companion guidebook that contains detailed instructions, information, and recipes used in this DVD.
